Plus, they heard from Morgan Kelly, Bondi Sands Brand Specialist, who shared a beauty routine that left them feeling great in their own skin, thanks to Bondi Sands products.

    We said goodbye to your teenage diary because -- intention journaling entered the chat. This session transformed the way attendees journal from a daily mind dump into a process that focuses on self reflection, gratitude, and processing feelings. This session brought us through short writing prompts to kick off your intention journaling practice and space to share how they set the vibe for daily journaling.

    Whether attendees were starting a new semester, job, or season, this session inspired them to charge of their next chapter by setting goals to stay motivated and on track. Being the CEO of your life means that you can dictate with intention not just how you work, but also how you play and recharge to take care of yourself. This honest session with a career coach guided them through getting honest with yourself, setting goals, and feeling good while you crush them.

    It’s not always easy to quiet our busy minds of our stress and anxiety when we want to take time to rest. You already love how ASMR is somehow both satisfying and soothing, but adding positive affirmations can help lull the mind into a more positive state of relaxation. This session presented an ASMR experience to wind down and chill out at the end of a crazy week.
